STR Limited trading as NicNacNoodle is based in Taupo, New Zealand. We have been selling children's licensed character party supplies & nic-nacs on Trade Me since May 2008 and on our website since May 2010. Our range has been developed over time with
experience and care.
We regret, at this time, we do not have facilities to accomodate walk-in customers. We devote all of our resources to serving our mail-order customers by internet, phone, fax and mail.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
NicNacNoodle accepts credit card payments through PayPal and direct bank deposit to our New Zealand bank account. Payment is to be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please note, we do not accept payment via cheques or any other method.

CUSTOM ORDERS
If you are after a theme we do not have or more items than we have showing in stock, please Contact Us, we may be able to get
the theme or volume required in for you (Custom Order). Custom Orders will take a minimum of three weeks, please provide your party date in order for us to confirm if your request can be met. All Custom Orders must be paid in advance.
SHIPPING
At NicNacNoodle we have made shipping costs easy to understand prior to placing your order. We only use NZ Post, either Parcel Post or Courier Post. In some instances your parcel may be trackable, we will email a tracking number to you to track the
progress of your delivery, if this is the case.
NZ Post Parcel Post can be delivered to both rural addresses and PO Boxes, as well as residential and business premises, and has a target delivery of 1-3 business days to major towns and cities. Please bear this in mind when placing your order
and allow sufficient time for your items to arrive prior to your party date. Please ensure you select the correct shipping option (Metropolitan or Rural) for your address upon checkout.
Courier Post can be delivered to rural, residential or business addresses only, not a PO Box, and has a target delivery of next business day after dispatch by us. A signature on delivery is required, so please bear this in mind and provide an
address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. to avoid any undue delays.
Shipping charges are based on the total value of your order and will be given to you before you finalise your purchase.
When an order is placed, we aim to send the goods out ( or email your Printable Templates) within 1-3 business days from when your payment has been received by us. If an item is out of stock for any reason or there is
an unexpected delay in dispatch, we will let you know immediately.
If your order is not deliverable to the address provided or if it is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus any shipping costs back to us.
NicNacNoodle only ships within New Zealand. We do not accept orders for delivery to any address outside New Zealand. However, our Printable Party Packs are available to our International Customers, as long as no additional physical products
requiring postage are purchase.
DAMAGED GOODS OR DELIVERY ERRORS
If you receive a shipment from us in which the goods are damaged or you believe that the incorrect product or quantity has been sent to you, then please contact us immediately. Please do not send any product back to us without first contacting us and receiving from us a returned goods authorisation. Please keep all packing and shipping boxes and materials or a claim cannot be filed on your behalf for damaged items. It can take several weeks to process a claim through NZ Post.
PRICING
The prices of all our products are shown in NZ Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Service Tax at 15.00%). Delivery is the only addition to the price you see .

PRIVACY
Your personal information is safe with us. We will not pass on any information you supply without your consent to persons outside of our organisation. It is your choice to be included on our email database for future offers and new products,
simply add your email address to our Newsletter Subscription area if you do wish to receive further offers and information from us.
